How can I track my order? Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Then 2 - 3 days later you will receive an email dispatch notification informing you of the item or items that have been dispatched. Please note, if you have ordered multiple items, they may not always be dispatched as one parcel.
The dispatch notification will contain your order number, your shipping tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier's website, to track your order. It usually takes 2 days from the dispatch date for the shipping carrier to provide a more exact location of where your parcel is.
When will my order be delivered? Orders normally take between 7-14 working days. However, if on a rare occasion a shipment is delayed, we will be in touch to let you know a revised expected time of arrival.
What is Gamestore and what do I get? GameStore is a games streaming service that gives you unlimited access to more than 100+ trending games, all in one place!
What games can I play?

How do I get access to GameStore?
When you start your free trial, you will receive an email which includes a link to GameStore and details on how to login.
How do I pay for access to Gamestore? You can access Gamestore by subscribing to either a monthly or yearly plan.
How do I cancel a Gamestore subscription? To cancel your Gamestore subscription please email us at email@example.com and our customer service team will deal with your request.
If you opted into the Gamestore 7 day free trial and did not cancel within the 7 day period then you can still cancel your subscription by emailing our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org
